means you; the person or entity, who has registered at Slotland Affiliates for the purpose of promoting the websites in the Slotland Affiliates' Program.
means the Slotland Affiliates affiliate program.

means the commission calculated according to the selected Commission Structure as described on the Slotland Affiliates website.

means any brand operated by Slotland Entertainment S.A.
means a person who signs up at one or more Merchant websites via an Affiliate tracking link.
means a unique URL generated by the Slotland Affiliate Program for the Affiliate. Affiliates may have multiple tracking links.
A person or entity who successfully submits the online Registration form and agrees to the Terms and Conditions on the Affiliate Program website becomes an Affiliate. In special cases, the Affiliate Program may manually create an account for the Affiliate upon receiving all the necessary information. Registration is only complete and successful once the Terms and Conditions have been read and agreed to.
Net Revenue Share. Under the Net Revenue plan, your commission is calculated as the sum of all real money deposits made by your referred players minus a 15% admin/transaction fee, minus real withdrawal payouts sent to your referred players, and minus any potential chargebacks.
CPA. Under the CPA commission plan, you will receive a one-time payment for every new depositing player that you refer to any of the merchant sites. A CPA deal is only paid out when a qualifying player meets the player activity requirements as agreed upon in writing with our Affiliate Manager during the setup of such a deal. This plan is only available upon request and shall only be granted at our sole discretion.
Hybrid. A hybrid commission plan consists of a combination of Revenue Share and CPA. With this deal, you will both receive a one-time payment for every new depositing player referred to any of the merchant sites, and a share of the deposits made by your referred players minus a 15% transaction fee (including potential chargebacks) and the real withdrawal payouts sent to your referred players. This plan is only available upon request and shall only be granted at our sole discretion.
2nd Tier commissions. We also offer a 2-tier Affiliate Commission of up to 20% of the Referred Affiliate's earnings. More details of this structure can be found under Commission Plans on our website.
Note: Gross Revshare has been discontinued as of February 2019 and all Affiliates previously on this plan have been transferred to the corresponding Net Revshare level.
After registration, every Affiliate can switch their commission plan once per year and must contact Slotland Affiliates to make such a change. In special cases, an additional change of the commission plan may be allowed after we evaluate your reasons. The final decision to make a change will be made at the sole discretion of Slotland Affiliates.
We further reserve the right to change your chosen commission plan at any time upon notice to you. Typically this will occur; but is not limited to, if we suspect misuse of one of our commission plans or any other irregular behavior or abuse. We also regularly review and when necessary adjust commission plans to make sure the set plan and commission rate corresponds to the commission structure described on the website under Commission Plans.
Commission payments are processed on the 2nd business day of each month. Payments in cryptocurrencies are calculated using the exchange rate correct at the close of the last day of the month, e. g. 31st December for December’s commission, regardless of whether this date falls on a weekend or is a public holiday. We use the CoinMarketCap reported rate.
If the minimum payment amount is not reached for your selected payment method in a particular month, the amount is carried over to the following month until the minimum amount is reached.
We reserve the right to request valid identification as a precautionary measure against fraud. If any connection to fraud is believed to have occurred which involves the Affiliate or a Referred Player we are entitled to withhold any amounts owed to the Affiliate.
If the Affiliate also has a player account, we reserve the right to withhold payments that arise from their own personal activity.
Slotland Affiliates does not support nor tolerate any kind of stealing of content or site scrapping and we reserve the right to terminate the Affiliate's account if we find the Affiliate to use such methods as well as withhold any payments due whether or not they were generated from such activity.
The Affiliate is responsible for providing the Affiliate Program with complete and accurate personal, payment and contact information upon registration. The Affiliate is obliged to keep this information up to date at all times. If the Affiliate continuously fails to provide accurate payment and account information, the Affiliate forfeits any current and future commission accumulated.
The Affiliate agrees to actively promote, market and refer players to the Merchant websites. The Affiliate is responsible for promoting Merchant websites using only tracking links provided by the Affiliate Program. Actively promote means the Affiliate will send quality traffic to the Merchant websites, will always keep information up-to-date about the Marchant websites and their promotional offers.
The Affiliate Program does not have any restrictions on the type of link(s) the Affiliate can provide. The Affiliate may use text links, graphical links or their own banners as long as the links are displayed in a positive manner. The Affiliate Program may request to first approve the use of own banners made by the Affiliate.
The Affiliate is required to keep all information about Merchant websites, games, running promotions and bonuses offered on Merchant websites up to date and accurate. If the Affiliate fails to do so, we reserve the right to suspend the Affiliate's account if no action to update the information was taken after at least three email requests were made by Slotland Affiliates. The Affiliate's account will be reactivated after all information is updated and any withheld commission will be paid to the Affiliate on the next regular processing day, which falls on the first business day of each month.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for the operation of their site and its contents and must ensure that the content is not illegal, obscene, explicit, or otherwise unsuitable.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for the protection of their Affiliate account details at all times. They will not allow access to their account by other parties and must protect their account against hacking by using a strong password that is not shared with any other accounts they may hold. The Affiliate Program will not be held liable for any losses or activity that will occur nor be held responsible for unauthorized activity.
It is the Affiliate's duty to regularly check these Terms and Conditions for any changes.
Violation of the following restrictions may result in the termination of the Affiliate’s account or suspension of the Affiliate’s commission payments.Money Laundering. The Affiliate may not directly or indirectly benefit from or be a party to any money laundering or related illegal activities.Spam. We do not support or tolerate any form of spam. The Affiliate may not, either directly or indirectly, be a party to the generation, processing, dissemination, or the like of Spam. Any form of Spam will result in the termination of the Affiliate’s membership. Spam behavior may be described as follows:
No Fraud. Inappropriate conduct or fraudulent activity will not be tolerated. The Affiliate will not engage in, assist, encourage, or benefit from any form of fraudulent activity. Any form of fraud will result in the termination of the Affiliate's account.
The Affiliate Program will maintain a record of each Player that registers through the Affiliate’s Tracking link and will calculate amounts payable to the Affiliate as well as provide the Affiliate with records summarizing this activity. The records will be available on the Affiliate Program website.
We and the Merchant sites reserve the right, if necessary and at our sole discretion, to refuse new players or close the accounts of existing players to comply with any new requirements at the Merchant sites, including but not limited to fraudulent or unlawful activity or if a player is found to breach the Terms and Conditions.
The Affiliate Program will provide the Affiliate with marketing materials that will aid the Affiliate in directing Players to the Merchant websites.
The Affiliate Program will announce all player’s promotions running on Merchant websites so that the Affiliate may take advantage of such promotions to direct more Players to the Merchant websites.
The Affiliate Program will pay the Affiliate Commission based on the Commission Plan and payment procedure as set forth in these Terms. The Commission is paid once a month. Generally, the minimum payable amount is $50 depending on the selected payment method; lower amounts are transferred to the next month.
The Affiliate Program reserves the right to end cooperation with any Affiliate at anytime and without written notification. This would ONLY occur in extreme cases of Affiliate abuse.
The Affiliate acknowledges that each Merchant’s website assumes ownership of all Players as soon as they register an account with the Merchant’s website. The Affiliate acts solely as a referral source for the Merchant’s websites and retains no other rights on the Players. Upon opening an account, the Player is subject to all of the Merchant’s website’s rules, policies, and operating procedures.
These terms or any amendments made at a later date are valid a) upon registering and b) upon continuous use of your Affiliate account and will be valid until either party terminates the cooperation. Termination can occur immediately, with or without cause, and for any reason.
Termination may also occur if there is no activity in an Affiliate account for twelve months. In this case, we shall deem the Affiliate account to have been terminated by the Affiliate without notice and shall proceed with the termination of the Affiliate account. No activity means when an Affiliate does not log in to their account at Slotland Affiliates, when an Affiliate fails to provide valid contact or payment information (payment info, address, or email), or fails to respond to emails sent by Slotland Affiliates during this time. In the case of termination due to inactivity, any Commission earned since the Affiliate's last contact will be forfeited. If an Affiliate feels their account has been terminated in error, it may be reactivated in the future upon authorized request of the account holder and if no violation of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
Sending a termination notice by email will be considered a written and immediate form of notification.
Upon termination, the Affiliate is obliged to remove all links, banners, logos, and other content owned, licensed, or created by the Affiliate Program from their site. All links must be disabled and all promotional activity must be stopped. Failure to fulfill these obligations indemnifies the Affiliate Program from paying any possible Commission thereafter. Any continued use by players of the Merchant’s sites following the termination shall not constitute a renewal or continuation of Affiliate activity.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are posted on this Website. The Affiliate must visit this page regularly to ascertain any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
